A Toast to the Twenties!

Sip, Sip, Hooray! There’s only one way to ring in the new year-- with a glass of bubbly! The NEW Roaring Twenties are almost here! Yesterday we gave you some tips and a few SMIRNOFF recipes but today we focus a bit more on the craft cocktails to help you ring in the new year! Check some of these fantastic and flavorful creations below and be sure to add them to your New Year’s menu!

Chambord Royale

Ingredients:

1/3 oz. Chambord Liqueur

Sparkling wine of choice

1 Raspberry

Directions:

Pour Chambord into flute glass, top with sparkling wine, finish with a raspberry garnish.

Brenne French 75

Ingredients:

1 oz. Brenne Estate Cask

½ oz. Simple Syrup

½ oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice

½ oz. elderflower liqueur

2.5 oz. prosecco or Champagne

Directions:

Combine Brenne, simple syrup, lemon juice, and elderflower liqueur and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute and carefully add the sparkling wine. Slowly sink a Brenne-soaked cherry to the bottom.

‘Tis the Season with Simple Vodka

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Simple Vodka

1/2 oz Rosemary infused Aperol

1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup Rosemary/Lime Wheel Garnish

Topped with prosecco

Directions:

Combine Simple Vodka, Aperol, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with lime and rosemary. (Credit David Bouchard)

Gin Mare Spanish 75

Ingredients:

1 oz. Gin Mare

2 oz. Marqués de Cáceres Cava Brut

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

2 Dashes Simple Syrup

Directions:

Combine Gin Mare, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an iced flute. Top up with Marqués de Cáceres Cava Brut. Stir gently.
