After completing the first core six classes, you now have access to the next tier of six classes which will round out your knowledge base! These classes focus on wine, beer, champagne/sparkling, liqueurs, cognac/brandy, and the equipment of a mixologist.

Graduates of the Apprentice Mixologist curriculum are entitled to:

• Access to Journeyman Mixologist Courses!

• A recognized Apprentice Mixologist on www.empiremixology.com!

• An 8x11 Certificate suitable for framing.
