Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 Raspberries

  • 2 oz. Chilled Castello del Poggio Sweet Rosé 

  • 1 oz Tonic Water

Method:

Put the raspberries in the bottom of a chilled cocktail glass. Fill halfway with sweet rosé. Top with tonic water. Garnish with more raspberries
