As stated by Beer Aficionado and Duff Enthusiast Homer Simpson, “Beer, the cause of and solution to all of life’s problems.” Beer is an exploding scene in the mixology world, as craft brewers and major brands are reinventing what a “normal” is. We at Empire Mixology love our beer but we also love our spirits too, so we figured why not combine both and see what we can make.
