Irish Cream

A drop of the soft stuff.

Irish Cream is an Irish Whiskey based liqueur, so technically this should be in our actual Liqueur category, but the truth is Irish Cream is such a unique spirit that is truly a recipe defining ingredient when added; which is why we gave it its own category. As we said earlier Irish Cream is a cream based liqueur that is produced using Irish Whiskey. It is typically a low proof product and is enjoyed either on its own or as an additive in cocktails such as the Irish Coffee. The United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States are the largest markets for the spirit. Multiple flavor variations are also available for Irish Cream, typically to be served as a dessert cocktail.
