Empire Spotlight: Castello del Poggio

Well looks like Fall has officially arrived. The shelves are packed with products spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin; and although we loves those as much as the next person, we wanted to show you something new this season. A product we’ve never showcased before and the very first product of its kind featured here on www.EmpireMixology.com.

Meet Castello del Poggio and their absolutely beautiful and delectable sparkling wines. Here at Empire Mixology we’re lucky enough to work with brands all over the world to hone our craft and bring you the very best products we can. This year we got lucky enough to network with Castello del Poggio and their sweet & sparkling wines packed with bubbles and a refreshing kick. These wines can standalone as a happy hour premium choice, or as a major ingredient in a crafted fall cocktail.

Meet two of the varieties we noted specifically for their versatility and taste; Sweet Red and Sparkling Moscato. Along with the fact sheets we’ve included below to introduce you to these outstanding wines, we’ve also included two professionally crafted cocktail recipes. However, it wouldn’t be Empire Mixology if we didn’t have our own Lead Mixologist create two of his own custom recipes below as well.
